November 27, 2024 – Under clear skies amid festive firecrackers, the Jinling Technology Center project site celebrated a pivotal milestone: the topping-out ceremony of its R&D office building. Chairman Wang Wenyou, General Manager Wang Junjie, Executive Vice President Du Shiheng, alongside leaders from the construction partner and over 20 distinguished guests, attended the ceremony to witness this landmark achievement.
As a core component of the Jinling Technology Center Industrial Park—developed by Qingdao Capital Resource Electric Co. Ltd. (QCR) with an investment exceeding RMB 600 million—the successful topping-out of the R&D office building marks a major phase completion. This milestone lays a solid foundation for the project’s overall completion.
In the future, the newly topped-out R&D office building will house core facilities including the R&D Technology Center and Pilot Production Center. It is positioned to become the "intelligent core" driving the company’s advancement in intelligent and flexible production of woodworking machinery.
