The construction of the Qingdao Jinling Technology Center Industrial Park project, located in Tuanbiao Village, Longshan Street, Jimo District, Qingdao, and undertaken by Qingdao Capital Resource Electric Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), has now fully commenced. With a total floor area of 66,000 square meters, the project will be constructed in three phases, dedicated to creating an advanced woodworking machinery hub integrating intelligent manufacturing, industrial ecosystems, and educational dissemination.
Flexible Production Lines & R&D Technology Center
Phase One, with an estimated investment of RMB 200 million, will build the park's intelligent production center, covering 40,000 square meters. This phase includes the R&D Technology Center, a pilot production center, and the main production center. It will establish digitalized, visualized, and intelligent flexible production lines for woodworking machinery assembly, inspection, and fully automated machining. The R&D Technology Center will establish an integrated industry-academia-research collaboration with Qingdao University to accelerate innovation capabilities and build provincial and national-level enterprise technology centers.
Park Construction & Attracting Foreign Investment
Phase Two, with an estimated investment of RMB 150 million, focuses on constructing supporting facilities within the park. This includes road construction, ecological greening, intelligent logistics warehousing, and software/hardware upgrades, all while protecting the ecological environment. The goal is to build a first-class industrial park to attract foreign investment.
Industry Alignment & Cooperative Platform Development
Phase Three, with an estimated investment of RMB 250 million, will provide industry alignment services for enterprises within the park and facilitate the establishment of cooperative platforms connecting upstream and downstream businesses. This phase aims to help park enterprises integrate supply, production, and sales, achieve order-based management, and develop high-quality business models.
The construction of the Jinling Technology Center Industrial Park represents a crucial step in the Company's strategic upgrade, aiming to consolidate industry resources and enhance core competitiveness and industrial scale.
